Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and VertiLife cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe due to factors outside of our control including courier delays, customs processing and public holidays. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from VertiLife pass to you upon delivery of the order to the specified delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Under the Consumer Protection Act, South African consumers have the right to return goods within 6 months of delivery if the goods are found to be defective. VertiLife goes beyond this statutory requirement by offering a 90 day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. VertiLife is fully committed to compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, VertiLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
